The Villa is known, among its peculiarities, for the reinvention of traditional techniques, composing its projects in order to create a new language. In the case of here, for example, ancestral techniques such as the use of mashrabiyas and brise-soleils are reinvented, creating new variations on old precedents.
Among the Villa's projects that use Dong Duong architectural style, the projects that stand out are the Classic Villa (2016), with its two facedes elevated to 16 meters off the ground, appearing to a church building, the building seems to repeat itself with its carbonized vertical elements—sometimes fences, sometimes louvers, that open to reveal the window. Also suited to this style, inserted into a terrain of about 200 square meters, which features vertically-arranged volumes finished in marble stone and white paint, which provide a counterpoint to the warm tone of the materials in the interiors.
